Another postponement in Mbuzeleni Mkhize’s case

The case remains in the same position calling for another postponement

Mbuzeleni Mkhize, Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) Uthukela District chairperson and Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality councillor made yet another brief court appearance today (December 12).

IFP Councillor summoned to court

Alongside him  in the dock were co-accused, Muziwensizwa Syabonga Zuma, Nkosinathi Mbongwe and Nkosinathi Nsele.

They are facing charges of defeating the ends of justice.

The co-accused are represented by Mrs Geldenhuys.
Mr Mkhize however, still has not managed to finalise legal representation matters with Clientele Life and Mr Van Rooyen.

It was announced that the matter has been escalated and the case was postponed for January 15, 2020. The accused were warned to return to court on the specified date next year.
