First dam level readings for the new year

Spioenkop Dam is up 0.5% from last week and now stands on 73.7%

We are into the new year and many people may be wondering if all the rain over the festive season has helped to increase dam levels in the Ladysmith area.

Here are the most recent available dam level percentages from January 6.

Spioenkop Dam has gone up a little, from 73.2% last week to 73.7%.

Driel Barrage is still on 100.3%.

Woodstock Dam is 85.2% and Wagendrift Dam 82.9%.

For all you fishermen out there, Sterkfontein Dam is 91.3%.
