Rotary Club rewards dedication and commitment

Cyril Moodley from the municipality’s electrical department was awarded for his dedication

The Rotary Club of Estcourt has honoured Cyril Moodley (Manager: Electricity Planning at Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality) with a Service Above Self Award.

The Rotary Club recognised Mr Moodley’s dedication and commitment to the community of Estcourt in avoiding immense inconvenience during the periods of load-shedding imposed by Eskom.

It is a well-known fact that load-shedding impacts negatively on the private and business communities. Mr Moodley, through his expertise and skill, ensured that Estcourt was one of the few towns, if not the only one, that did not feel this negative impact.
