Winterton police are appealing to the community for assistance in locating a 45-year-old female who has gone missing. Delisile Constance Maphabalala was last seen leaving her house in the Khethani area of Winterton on December 18, 2019.
Believed to be mentally unstable, she was last seen wearing a white scarf wrapped around her head and a long yellow dress.

She has black hair usually brushed back, is of medium height and light in complexion, with black eyes.
