Volkies announces ‘Mr and Miss Legs’

The whole school was buzzing about the learners' fit and shiny legs.

Learners of Volksrust High School do not only have big hearts, but also have great legs.

These were the words of school representatives, after the Executive Committee of 2020 presented a ‘Mr and Miss Legs’ competition recently.

The whole school was buzzing about the girls’ fit legs. The boys did not stand back however, and showed everyone what they had been practicing in the gym for the entire holiday period.

Third place in the girls’ category went to Andrea Truter, second place was claimed by Elanie Hepburn and Stephanie Hepburn was crowned Miss Legs 2020.

Third place in the boy’s category was taken by WJ Hatting, second place went to Kaylem Anderson and Mr Legs 2020 was Mpilo Msezane.

Volkies are currently practicing hard for athletics and winter sports, and the results can be clearly seen. Well done, all!
