How to protect yourself and others from catching Covid-19
It's so important to wash and sanitize your hands frequently

Here are some ways to protect yourself and those around you from the dreaded coronavirus (Covid-19), according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
First on the list is washing your hands, and there are a few sub-points in this regard.
Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or longer. In conjunction with this, frequently clean them using an alcohol-based sanitizer / rub.

It is doubly important to wash your hands after you cough or sneeze, when caring for the sick, and before and while preparing food (not forgetting after you go to the toilet and after handling animals or animal waste).
When you cough or sneeze, you should do this into a flexed elbow or a tissue, and then immediately throw the tissue into a closed rubbish bin.
Avoid close contact with others when coughing or if you have a fever.
