Residents in the Berea area are without water after a main water supply pipe burst on Victoria Street, past Pro Nobis School.

Workers  from the Umzinyathi District Municipality have been hard at work since early today. Workers Day, in an effort to repair the break.

Hopes are high that the water supply be restored later today.
