R33 closed due to protest action
Motorists should use an alternative route
The R33 between Dundee and Helpmekaar is closed to traffic following protest action by community members.
Dundee SAPS are on scene and motorists are urged to use an alternative route. Burning tyres have been used to close the road.
At this stage it is not clear as to what prompted the protest.
