A white rhino was poached at Weenen Game Reserve yesterday afternoon (July 23).
Gunshots rang out on the game reserve at about 4pm.
The rhino was sadly killed and de-horned by the poachers.

Police and game rangers responded to the scene, and an investigation into the incident is taking place.
