Due to technical infrastructure failures at the Biggarsberg Water Treatment Plant, water restrictions will be implemented once more.
Endumeni Water Supplies and uThukela Water confirmed that they will impose restrictions while trying to resolve the matter.
The restrictions are as follows:
Day time will be 11:09 to 15:00 and Night time will be 21:00 to 04:00.
Residents are requested to use water sparingly and report any leaks to the Customer Care. They’re also urged to stock up on water prior to cut-offs to maintain the prescribed hygiene practices during this Covid-19 period.
