Multiple injuries as taxi and bakkie collide in Helpmekaar Road, Ladysmith

Numerous people were injured when a taxi and a bakkie collided in Helpmekaar Road yesterday afternoon (August 7).
The exact cause of the crash is unknown at this stage.

The incident took place near Intando Milling.
Public Safety, emergency personnel and a towing service responded to the scene.
Eight people were treated for minor injuries before being taken to hospital for further medical attention.
