GLENCOE KZN: Man shot multiple times in robbery

A Glencoe man is in a Ladysmith Hospital after he was shot multiple times on Monday evening by robbers who confronted him at his home.

Ashwin Raghundhanan arrived at his Northfield Crescent home shortly after 9pm after he had earlier closed his business, Kismet Cafe.

It is believed he was attacked while opening the back door. He was shot at least six times. The robbers fled with cash. Mr Raghundhanan managed to call a family member for help.

He was later  taken to La Verna Hospital, Ladysmith, for treatment. Glencoe SAPS are the hunt for the suspects.
