DUNDEE KZN: Men arrested following farm attack

Farm Watch reacted swiftly

A woman was assaulted and allegedly tied up following a farm attack in the De Jagersdrift area at around 8am on Friday morning.

Her husband was out in the fields at the time but raised the alarm when he heard her shouting for help. Farm security reacted swiftly and the chase was on for the men – thought to number at least four – who made off in the farmer’s Tata bakkie.

The bakkie was recovered in the Osizweni area and a man was arrested.  A police investigation is continuing and more details will be released when these are forthcoming.  YOUR SAY: Like our Facebook page, follow us on Twitter and Instagram or email us at dundee.courier@caxton.co.za. Add us on WhatsApp 071 277 1394.
