This morning (July 8), residents in the Egerton area have been struggling with low water pressure.

District municipality communications manager Jabulani Mkhonza said that uThukela workers are currently fixing a pipe that burst last night in Farquhar Road. This is causing the water pressure to be low in the area.

uThukela asks that residents be patient while the pipe is being fixed.
