Alfred Duma Local Municipality would like to confirm that the Public Safety Call Centre number – 0366311777 – is experiencing a technical fault.

Residents are advised to use 0836311777 as a temporary line for Public Safety.

Telkom, as the service provider, is working on the line and once repairs have been completed, the municipality will switch back to the allocated number and the public will be advised accordingly.

The temporary line can be used to report all municipal emergency matters relating to Public Safely, Electricity, Fire, Traffic and Security.
