Out in the sun again…

For the past two years, thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, the bazaar was put mostly on hold.

The autumn sun shone brightly on the tranquil surrounds of the historic Uelzen Church on Saturday when the congregation held their annual and iconic bazaar. For the past two years, thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, the bazaar was put mostly on hold. With people eager to get out into the sunshine and meet old friends (and to snap up the meaty bargains up for grabs), the day turned into a huge success.
As one bazaar-goer suggested, “It’s only when you cannot enjoy a day out with people
because of restrictions that you really learn to appreciate annual events like this.”
