LETTER: Thanks to all during this trying time

You all showed the spirit in which Helen lived her life - by being generous, kind and humble. Be blessed, all.

Editor –
Words are not enough to thank our community for their overwhelming love, care and support following the sudden passing of our beloved Helen. Liam and I, and our families from Cape Town and Durban, have been deeply touched by the many messages of support and love.
Every card, flower and plate of food received during our bereavement left us humbled and grateful. Special thanks to Dr Fourie and his staff for the love they showed to Helen and us; our neighbours for their kindness; Charlie’s Super Spar for their generosity and wonderful support; the staff of the Courier and Caxton; the Moths; and our many friends.
Also, a special word of gratitude goes to Brother Daniel.
We often complain about our Endumeni, but when it comes to one’s hour of need, I would not choose to be anywhere else.
You all showed the spirit in which Helen lived her life – by being generous, kind and humble.
Be blessed, all.
Terry and Liam
