A young Newcastle man was found dead along the N11 between Newcastle and Volksrust earlier today (July 8).
According to authorities the man had purchased a new vehicle on Sunday (July 7) and was on his way home back to Newcastle when he was presumably hijacked.

However, the search for the missing young man came to a devastating end.
