Louis takes up the reins at Avbob
Louis says that his mission is to maintain the high standard of service the branch is renowned for, and to assist all families with dignity and pride.
Louis Fourie has been appointed as the new representative for Avbob Dundee, effective February 1. He succeeds Gert Diedericks, who has been transferred to the Newcastle branch.
Louis began his career at Avbob in 2004 after matriculating from Empangeni High School. He joined the local branch, where he worked from 2004 to 2021 under the supervision of his father, Louis Fourie Snr, who was the manager for many years.
He was then transferred to Pretoria for a short time, before taking up the position in Dundee. Louis says that his mission is to maintain the high standard of service the branch is renowned for, and to assist all families with dignity and pride.
In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his beloved wife and four children. He has five staff members at the branch who help him with funerals and administration.
