Court proceedings resumed in the Dundee Magistrates Court last week for the bail application of Marius and Ronal Kotze on fraud charges and were granted bail of R1 500 each when the state did not oppose bail. The couple are charged with defrauding their employer.
The state also imposed strict bail conditions where the investigating officer, Detective Zungu, submitted his affidavit to the court on conditions that the state and defence attorney agreed on the conditions.
The magistrate, Mr Mpongose, released them on bail and both accused will appear again on July 14.
