Thieves hit Dundee Golf Club making off with liquor, televisions and more

The Dundee Golf Club suffered a huge loss early Sunday morning when thieves burgled the club of television sets, liquor, and other equipment.

Entry was gained through a window. It was said that the thieves had turned the security cameras to prevent them from being captured on CCTV.

Later, a security guard was arrested in connection with the burglary. The club is again open and members are looking forward to Saturday’s multi-sponsored day which will be followed by a music evening.

A police investigation into the burglary is continuing.
