Bikers get their patches as the action revs up at Glencoe ‘jol’

The traditional 'patch party' was held in the afternoon, overseen by Dries Kruger and Fanie, where the 'prospect' members from the various 1313 Mac's Familia chapters in KZN were awarded with their club 'patches'.

A burning-hot Saturday offered equally red-hot action when 1313 Mac’s Familia Dundee held their first birthday ‘jol’ and ‘patch party’ at Lalalapha in Glencoe.
Bikers from Mac’s Familia, Mac’s and Mac’s 1% from around KZN (including regional president Dries Kruger) were in attendance, as were members of other biking clubs in the area.
Crusaders and Bonargas members from Newcastle, and Cruisers from Vryheid put in a strong showing, and there was much brotherhood and goodwill between the bikers – the common denominator being respect.
1313 Mac’s Familia Dundee president Fanie Terre’blanche was pleased to host such a successful get-together that saw Glencoe buzz with action.

These patches signal that they have successfully completed their prospect period and are now full members of their chapters.
There were also lucky draws, and Fanie presented Dries with a specially framed guitar to thank him for attending the club’s successful event.
