Fond farewells to long serving Dundee Junior principal
'You can only be a teacher if your passion is children'- Mr Maree.
There were emotional scenes this morning at Dundee Junior School when principal Brits Maree celebrated his birthday.
The day also coincided with his retirement – his final day is July 31 – from a school he has served diligently for 23 years.
Mr Maree has over 39 years of experience in education and is known for his dynamic, caring approach.
The children sang for him today and gave him presents.
