Monday motivation: show emotions and embrace weakness — it’s what makes us human
Learn why showing emotions and embracing your weaknesses is a sign of strength, not failure, in life’s journey.

Show me one person made of steel, and I’ll know it’s wrong to show emotions. But as long as we have blood flowing through our veins, there’s nothing wrong with feeling or showing how we truly feel. No one is perfect, and everyone faces tough times—our demons, whatever that means to each of us.
Perfection doesn’t exist. If you think you’re perfect, maybe you’re too good for this planet. I choose to embrace the scars on my knees—they tell the story of my journey. I have fallen many times, but I always stand back up. It’s okay to get lost, to fail, and to make mistakes. What matters is finding the way back to the top.
We don’t owe anyone perfection. Worrying over things we cannot change only frustrates us. When our weakest moments arrive, we must accept that they are part of life. We are not made of steel but flesh, and one day we’ll all return to dust. But we should never embrace weakness without a fight. At the very least, we owe ourselves the strength to keep going.
It’s okay to show emotions, to feel lost or weak. And when you break down, let others help carry you. Be ready to carry them when their weakest moments come too—because those moments are guaranteed.
