Pro Nobis children treated to festive surprise by Dundee Round Tablers
Fire engines, Father Christmas and community volunteers brought festive cheer to Pro Nobis School during the annual Round Table Christmas celebration.
A wailing siren, a red-cloaked Father Christmas and the excited chatter of delighted children set a heart-warming scene at the annual Round Table Christmas Party hosted at Pro Nobis School.
Endumeni’s Disaster Management team made a dramatic entrance with two fire engines — much to the children’s delight — with Santa perched proudly atop one of the vehicles.
Senior Rotarians joined forces with the dedicated Pro Nobis staff to ensure the day unfolded smoothly.
Community spirit on full display
Round Table chairperson Bjorn Talanda led the festivities as Father Christmas, supported by enthusiastic members of the Dundee High Rotaract Club. Each child received a thoughtful gift and a warm message from Santa and his helpers.
The Rotaract Club, part of the global Rotary International network, empowers young people to build leadership skills and uplift their communities — a mission clearly demonstrated throughout the celebration.
Fire engines a favourite attraction
The fire engines quickly became a highlight of the day, with children eagerly interacting with the firefighters and exploring the vehicles.
Dundee Round Table extended heartfelt thanks to all who contributed to making this year’s Pro Nobis Christmas Party another joyful success — a celebration filled with community spirit, laughter and festive cheer.
