Unlicensed scrap metal dealer arrested in Mbulwane

He will appear in court later this month

 A 37-year-old man accused of illegally dealing in scrap metal was arrested yesterday (November 12).

Police pounced on his premises in the Qwa Qwa area of Mbulwane, confiscating equipment such as scales.

The man will appear in the Ladysmith Magistrate’s Court later this month.

He stands accused of operating a scrap metal dealership without a licence.
