Two elderly residents were found brutally murdered at their home in Montague Street, Colenso, yesterday morning (January 3).

The victims were 79-year-old Cora Erasmus and her 85-year-old husband, Rassie Erasmus.

The motive behind the gruesome double-murder is unknown at this stage and no arrests have been made as yet.
