Junior Eleven loses ground in ABC Motsepe League

The league will be taking a break from December 10 to January 13

Junior Eleven FC once again let crucial points slip away from them at home last Saturday (November 30).

Playing in the ABC Motsepe League – KZN Division, the local giants hosted the battling uMshwathi United FC at the Kandahar Avenue sports field and were held to a 1-1 draw, a result they were not hoping for.

Since the season started, it has not been an easy ride for the local team, as they have been dropping points in games that everyone believed they would win.

After nine games, they have won three, drawn three and lost three. This means they have collected just 12 points.

For them to finish in a decent position come the end of the season and avoid relegation, they will have to pull up their socks and get back to winning ways.

With nine games to go and 27 points to play for, there is still a chance to redeem themselves.
