Headline acts included Pieter Rischmiller (also known as Piet Pompies), Pieter Koen and Pieter Smit.

The sounds of cheering and laughter could be heard from all around, as a day of fun and entertainment arrived at Drakensberg Primary School on Saturday (August 27).

Acts on centre stage included the ‘Dancing Dollies’, pompom girls, the Drakensberg Drummies and the ‘Hip-Hop Meisies’, in addition to headline acts such as Pieter Rischmiller (Piet Pompies of DJ Ossewa fame), Smokkelhuis, Pieter Koen and Pieter Smit. Local models also took to the catwalk.

Food and refreshments were on sale at stalls including sheep on the spit and other delectable treats.
