Magugu Medical Centre shares Diabetes Awareness
The Magugu Medical Centre hosted a Diabetes Awareness Day at the center last Thursday (November 14) between 10:00 and 13:00.
The aim of the day was to support those impacted by diabetes and to help spread awareness about prevention and care.
The event brought together healthcare professionals, patients, and advocates to help share knowledge and to inspire change.
Highlights of the event included diabetes overviews, diabetes and retinopathy, foot care for diabetes, management and nutrition, and the future of diabetes care.
