Zululand District is up in arms and conducting a ‘Car Safety Awareness’ campaign. The decision to hold this campaign comes after noticing an increase of theft out of motor vehicles in the district.
The Zululand District Communications & Social Crime Unit is conducting a continuous awareness campaign where they are distributing pamphlets with valuable information. Over 1000 pamphlets have been distributed throughout Zululand; some left on the windscreens of parked cars in parking lots.
“We honestly believe and are positive that the awareness campaign will make an enormous difference now that our clients are being warned and are aware.”
