Police join hands with businesses to fight crime

The SAPS is building relationships with local businesses in order to prevent crime and improve safety in the area

Warrant Officer Radebe, the newly-appointed commander of Sector 01, visited businesses in Ladysmith’s CBD on Saturday (February 1).

Accompanied by ‘Community in Blue’ patrollers, Radebe personally introduced himself to store managers and shared contact details to establish a direct line of communication.

This outreach initiative aims to cement a strong partnership between local police and the business community, fostering collaborative efforts to combat crime and enhance overall safety in the CBD.
