Communities can expect water soon?

Power has been restored at the Ezakheni Water Treatment Works.

uThukela would like to inform the communities affected by water shortages that, as of this afternoon (April 30), power has been restored at the Ezakheni Water Treatment Works.

As a result, the work to remove the silt has resumed. This will continue until midnight to speed up the process of restoring water supply as quickly as possible.

Some areas have been without water for a month.
