Lenmed La Verna Private Hospital is putting the spotlight on growth during the month of February as part of its ongoing ‘Values Fridays’ initiative.

Following the launch of Lenmed’s new organisational values in August last year, Fridays across the group were designated as ‘Values Fridays’ – a day when employees actively live the values and wear the colour representing the value of the month.

February has been dedicated to the value ‘We Grow’. This value focuses on learning, development and supporting one another to reach full potential. To symbolise this commitment, employees at Lenmed La Verna wear green every Friday throughout the month.

As part of the initiative, the hospital is sharing ‘Growth Stories’ that highlight employees who have progressed into new roles and responsibilities during their time at the facility. These stories showcase both individual advancement and collective development within the organisation.
