Families got together for fitness and colourful fun.

Bright Start Academy hosted a vibrant fun walk and colour run at the Arbor Park rugby grounds on March 14.

Despite the warm weather, the day proved ideal for outdoor fun and family activities, with a strong turnout from learners, parents and staff.

Energetic start sets the tone

The event began with an energetic warm-up session led by instructors from Planet Fitness. Children and parents joined in a lively fitness routine that raised heart rates and built excitement for the day ahead.

Colour and community take centre stage

The highlight of the event was a colourful powder fight, where parents and children covered one another in bright hues. The grounds filled with laughter and energy as families embraced the playful atmosphere.

Participants then set off on a 5km fun walk around the venue. Families, staff and learners all took part, creating a memorable community experience.

Parents and children enjoyed a day of exercise, laughter and shared moments.

Bright Start Academy extends its sincere thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of the event.
