Weather continues to give Endumeni residents ‘a mixed bag’
Spring is getting off to a stop-start start, with lingering winter chill forcing residents to keep their jerseys close at hand.
Residents across the greater Endumeni area can expect a mix of cool and warmer conditions over the coming days, according to the forecast.
Spring has so far enjoyed a stop-start welcome. The new season also saw good falls of rain with over 60mm reported in the area.
According to the SA Weather Services, Wednesday, September 30, is expected to remain cool and cloudy, with a high of 14°C and a low of 8°C.
Conditions are expected to improve on Thursday, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures reaching 18°C, while Friday should be warmer at 22°C.
Saturday looks set to be the warmest day of the forecast period, with a high of 24°C and an overnight low of 13°C.
Temperatures are expected to ease on Sunday, with partly cloudy conditions and a maximum of 19°C.
The forecast points to a noticeable shift from the chilly conditions at the start of the period to warmer spring weather by the weekend.
