VHS learners excel on all levels

ryheid High will continue with the PSG Super Eight League

Vryheid High School (VHS) would like to congratulate Mianké Erasmus on her recent karate success. She went to Johannesburg in June last year for the SA JKA competition, where she obtained one silver and one bronze medal. This year, she participated in the KZN Newcastle competition and received two gold medals. In May, she will be going to Johannesburg for the national competition (SAs). VHS prides itself on such commendable talent.
The learners did well both on and off the sport fields during the annual fixture against Dundee. The learners then travelled to Pongola on Wednesday for another winter fixture. All scores can be viewed on the school’s social media sites.
Vryheid High is proud to announce that the following boys have been included in the NKZN teams:
U/15 – Nkazi Mkize;
U/16 – Wanele Shangase and Lubanzi Sithole;
U/18 – Kwanele Mtshali, Esihle Zungu and Sbo Mkwanazi.
Senamile Khanyile and Murendeni Phashwana have been included in the U/19 KZN Federation netball team. Congratulations on your achievement.
Vryheid High will continue with the PSG Super Eight League this coming weekend, when they travel to Richards Bay. Good luck to all the teams.
