Hamilton’s Grade 1 pupils have been fascinated with birds of late.

With this in mind, an arrangement was made for Grade 6 pupil Lehny Richmond to bring her pair of budgies to school.

The Grade 1s thoroughly enjoyed the experience, learning how to care for these intelligent and affectionate little creatures.
