VHS hosts thrilling relay night

The organisers would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all participating schools, officials and volunteers who contributed to the success of the event

On Wednesday evening last week, Vryheid High School (VHS) hosted a highly anticipated relay night at their sports grounds. The event brought together five schools: Pionier, Sarel Cilliers, Ferrum High School, Landbou and Vryheid High School. All schools aimed for top honours in a display of speed and teamwork.
The VHS sports ground was abuzz with excitement as students, teachers and parents gathered to cheer on their respective teams. The air was electric with anticipation and the competition did not disappoint.
After a series of intense and closely contested relay events, VHS emerged as the proud runners-up, narrowly missing out on the top spot. Despite missing first position, the VHS team demonstrated remarkable spirit, determination and sportsmanship throughout the evening.
The organisers would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all participating schools, officials and volunteers who contributed to the success of the event. Special thanks to the VHS students, teachers and parents who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a memorable and enjoyable evening for all.
