I, Anthony Adriaan de Pooter, ID no 5911255273180 residing at Plot 114 Droefheid op Noten, R543, Volksrust and being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf 1419, Springbok Road, Volksrust Extension 2, hereby give notice in terms of Chapter 5, Part C, Clause 66 of the Spatial Planning and Land Usage (SPLUM) Bye Law 2016 that I have applied to the Dr. Pixley Ka Isaka Seme Local Municipality for approval of an application as referred to within the Dr. Pixley Ka Isaka Seme Local Municipality Land Use Scheme 2023 for rezoning the land use of Erf 1419 Volksrust Extension 2, situated at No. 17 Springbok Road, Volksrust Extension 2, from *`Residential 1` to `Residential 2` as specified within the Dr. Pixley Ka Isaka Seme Local Municipality Land Use Scheme 2023. This rezoning application is known as *`Amendment Scheme No. 04-2026-01`. Particulars of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Municipal Manager: Department Planning and Economic Development, Volksrust Municipal Offices, Cnr of Dr Nelson Mandela Drive and Adelaide Tambo Street for a period of 21 days from the date of this publication. Written and/or verbal objections or representations must be directed to the Municipal Manager, Private Bag X 9011, Volksrust, 2470 before or on 20 July 2026.
