Sir,
As a concerned ratepayer I feel that we are facing serious crises in the Endumeni Municipality – nothing is being done and everything has come to a halt as a result of infighting among councillors and officials.
Us as ratepayers: we have nothing to do with their power-mongering! But we are concerned about corruption and lack of service delivery.
I am now appealing to all Dundondians of all races – now is the time to boycott rates by opening a trust account into which we can pay our rates until the Council puts their house in order. Council is badly mismanaged by incompetent managers.
Most councillors are merely there to serve their own interests. Let us form our own Residents’ Association, and open one account into which we will be depositing this money.
I appeal to those who have already formed the Dundee Ratepayers’ Association to call a big meeting of all residents, so that we can defend our town from hungry jackals.
