Why has service delivery deteriorated?

ROC is committed to the creation of united, non-racial, non-sexist, democratic and prosperous communities who will benefit from service delivery by building a defence of democracy

The Restore Order Committee (ROC) was founded on February 17, 2014.
It is governed by and adheres to policies and programmes of ROC.
Its existence derives from the understanding of basic needs of communities and the lack of service delivery thereof.
ROC is committed to the creation of united, non-racial, non-sexist, democratic and prosperous communities who will benefit from service delivery by building a defence of democracy.
In doing so we shall strive to achieve fundamental social change for the benefit of our communities.
In response to the meeting held on February 26 at the Forderville Hall, ROC was launched.
Issues pertaining to the lack of service delivery were discussed.
In attendance were leaders from the NFP, IFP, DA and Sanco.
ROC appreciated the response and commitment shown by the community leaders.
Section (195) (1) (d) service delivery must be provided impartially, fairly, equitably and without bias.
With all these laws, rules, regulations, codes and practices in place, question is…How has our service delivery been allowed to deteriorate to levels experienced today?
So if you have an answer, please contact our hotline number 071 429 9696.
