Women manage offices, why not departments?

Sir,
To all the women of the Umzinyathi District: I request that you all stand up and apply for the senior posts that are to be advertised by all departments within Umzinyathi. 
I know there are many women in this area who have qualifications – this is the time to utilise your knowledge and abilities! We have seen women in our country take up high positions, and it shows we have the power to do wonders. Nationally, for example, we have the likes of Angie Motshekga and Peggy Nkonyeni in high positions in the Department of Education. 
So I ask you women of Umzinyathi: what stops us from occupying these positions? We manage our homes, work, schools, clinics and hospitals – this is an opportunity to manage departments. I will be glad to see women in Umzinyathi occupying these posts.
