Beware the friendly stranger

This person has never been to my place before this incident but his behaviour made my children and my minder think he was not a stranger

My name is Skhumbuzo Qwabe, who resides at Estcourt on Dewaal Drive, I am new in the town and arrived in April this year. I experienced something extremely bad last week on Tuesday afternoon.

When I reached home, I discovered that my MacBook laptop was missing from my headboard drawer. I then enquired from my children and their minder as to what happened to my laptop and only then I was made aware of a person who arrived at my place, claiming to be my colleague.

He was very friendly to my children and behaved as if he knew them as well. This person has never been to my place before this incident but his behaviour made my children and my minder think he was not a stranger.

He entered my bedroom without anyone being concerned about it and no one even followed him.He left his bag in the lounge and proceeded to my bedroom where he took my laptop and probably hid it in his clothing as my children and their minder could not tell whether he took my laptop as he left the premises. I would like to assist by giving other residents a heads up.
