Congratulations to SAPS for apprehending the ‘Hackman’ who hacked his own mother to death. We ask the police to lock him up in an underground cell and throw the key away. Reason – this culprit would be closer to Satan, thus saving Satan time in fetching him.

However, our comments aside, our sad condolences to the Zwane family.

Regarding the vandalism of the ablution block at the oval track, it is obvious these youngsters have no respect for man or beast or property. My goodness, in the near future these vandals will have voting rights, not just in our town, but our country!

Let them clean the excretion of all and sundry at the oval track. Surely after this their comment will not be, “we did it just for fun.”
