The winners of the De Franca’s Twilight Bowls have been decided.
It was between: Nampak; Tugela Gas; Hospice; Neal’s Tyres; Marmag; Motor Factors; Spar; RFH Electronics; Paddy’s Diesel; and Christopher, Walton & Tatham. These being the top 10 teams, well done to all concerned. Nampak won!
The next session in this most popular local event will be starting on September 9, so get organised and get your teams together to come to Klipbank for six weeks of “Fun, Fun, Fun”!
Why don’t you become a bowling member and have more fun over the Easter weekend? The Easter Tournament is starting on Saturday, April 4, at 8.30am for 9am. This will be a Tabs-in tournament played in sets (point per set won and four points for a win). After the first game, it’s winner plays winner to make it more interesting and competitive. You will have lots of fun! Prizes from Distell will be in cash as well as Product – don’t be shy, give it a go!
This weekend sees the start of the Midlands Pairs Championships for men and ladies, and here you will see the real thing! To win the badge as the winners is prestige in the bowling world and puts your name on the charts for District recognition.
