Editor – Mr Jay Pillay from the ACDP (African Christian Democratic Party) will be responsible for recruiting and delegating new members for the party.
He will choose members who will stand in as ward members or candidates for the 2016 elections.
From Saturday, he will be embarking on searching for people to fill positions in their wards.
Speaking to ACDP members, Mr Pillay had this to say, “It will be an honour and a privilege to work for the community of Ladysmith. I therefore call upon the community of Ladysmith to do the right thing at the time of voting. Together, let’s bring this wonderful town of Ladysmith back to its place with God. Let’s pray that this town will become a God-fearing, God-loving and God-passionate town. Let’s put a brighter colour to this rainbow nation, and be a peaceful and safe society.”
