Editor – I am so disgusted with people who have no compassion when it comes to animals. I recently read on Facebook about the dog that was tied to a pole with a chain along the bypass and just left there with no food or water.
This is such a cruel act; how can someone be so heartless?
As Annamarie Koen of the AACL said: “We all have lives, no matter if we are humans or animals.”
Dogs are supposed to be our best friends? Fat chance if we treat them like this! Even if we don’t like them, do we have to torture and treat them like that? I really hope justice gets harder on people who are cruel to animals.
If they do not want their animals, at least go speak to Annamarie at the kennels or phone Public Safety. Stop this nonsense!
