I am writing this letter in support of the ladies and gentlemen who work tirelessly at the licensing office in Estcourt.

There are many people who have complained about the ‘new rules’ in relation to renewing vehicle licenses. The lack of postal renewals is the main problem; I believe this came about because of the postal strikes, which has resulted in the present scenario.

I have personally made numerous visits to the licensing offices and to this end would like to commend Mr Johan Scheepers and his staff on the pleasant manner in which they assist the people. A very special thanks must go to Almarie who is always willing to assist with help when needed.

I look forward to the day that all government departments have the same attitude. Keep up the good work Estcourt Licensing Department.
