I would like to thank Mr Mahabir for sharing the picture of the Zaailaager United Football Club with us (Estcourt News, April 15, page 7).

I have fond memories of Sunday afternoons at Princess Park, watching ‘our’ team in action. These fine gentlemen were our role models and heroes, and they did the community of Zaailaager proud.

Sadly, some of them have passed on, but the memories will live on.
